Voices of Experience (VOE) Surveys

The VOE program is Maxim's way of listening to our patients and families, team members and caregivers. We incorporate the feedback we receive into our programs and services.

Opportunities for Improvement (OFI) Program

The Opportunities for Improvement program is devoted to assessing and improving the company's processes, systems and policies. Allowing employees to come forth with great ideas and solutions that shape the Maxim of tomorrow.

Integrity Hotline

Our Compliance and Ethics Department is devoted to ensuring ethical behavior and processes of all employees. You can anonymously report wrongdoing anytime through Maxim's integrity hotline. 

Process Improvement
