We are seeking a skilled, confident Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for an 18-year-old male with complex medical needs in a home setting in Wasilla.
Patient Overview
The patient is nonverbal and non-ambulatory but fully cognitively aware and highly engaged. He uses eye-gaze technology for communication and enjoys YouTube videos, flight vlogs, musicals (Wicked and Frozen as an example), and Spider-Man! He has a strong sense of humor and responds best to nurses who are calm, lighthearted, and respectful.
