LPN- Pediatric Home Health 2nd/3rd Shift (Shift Differential)

Maxim Healthcare in North Olmsted is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 2nd and 3rd shift to provide 1:1 care to a pediatric patient in their home. Candidates with at least one year of experience in pediatric nursing, tracheostomy care, and ventilator care, are strongly preferred. 

Maxim offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, referral bonuses, skills train up programs, and a great team to work with. We have full time, part time, and PRN shifts available for adult and pediatric homecare patients.

Various shifts available (Adult & Pediatric patients):

·         Day Shift 

·         Evening Shift 

·         Night Shift

·         Weekends

Responsibilities:

·         Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

·         Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.

·         Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

·         Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

·         Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·         Current LPN License in the state in which the LPN practices.

·         Current Health Certificate (per facility).

·         Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

·         Current BLS card.
