The Financial Analyst II assists with the overall financial management of regional operations, including emphasis on credit, medical billing, collections, and branch profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analytical review of weekly and monthly financial reporting
  • Intakes requests and creates/modifies reporting based on changing business needs
  • Preparation of annual projections
  • Provides training/instruction for FA I
  • Assists in coordinating and reporting results for a large immunization program
  • Customer service to branch office managers and other regional/corporate customers based on need
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Provides analysis and education of KPI metrics to drive operational performance
  • Works independently with little supervision on projects as needed
  • Identifies areas of needed improvement such as reimbursement and work with branch/regional leadership to drive change
  • Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
  • One to three (1-3) years’ experience in the healthcare, credit, or finance industry preferred
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, required
  • Superior organization skills and teamwork skills
  • Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the
  • English language may be required
Salary/Wage Information:
$60,000 - $70,000, with a $4,000 - $6000 annual bonus potential
