Summer Internship Program – Learning and Organizational Development

Location: Columbia, Maryland 

Duration: 10 Weeks, June 8th- 14th 

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform operational and administrative functions as assigned
  • Compile information from various sources; update spreadsheets and correspondence
  • Provide project support to team as directed
  • Utilize applicable education, training, and experience to complete assignments
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Training, Admin/Coordination, Instructional Design, Business Process, or Organizational Development
  • Quick and accurate alpha/numeric data entry skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-enabled applications
  • Excellent work ethic and commitment to responsibilities
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive image that reflects well on the organization
  • Strong communication skills; proficiency in English may be required
