Hands on training is provided and MUST have LVN license in order to apply with OVER ONE YEAR of experience.
Maxim Healthcare in Fresno, CA is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an Adult patient that is dependent on G-Tube.
Nurses will need to complete/provide the documents below (the last two can decline):
- Immunity from rubella. If found susceptible to rubella, the Practitioner must be immunized; (Titled: MMR Acceptance Declination Form)
- Immunity to rubeola. If found susceptible to rubeola, the Practitioner must be immunized; (Titled: MMR Acceptance Declination Form)
- Immunity from varicella (chickenpox). If found susceptible to varicella, the Practitioner must be immunized; (Titled: Acknowledgement of Varicella)
- Immunity to mumps. If found susceptible to mumps, the Practitioner must be immunized; (Titled: MMR Acceptance Declination Form)
- Immunity to pertussis. If found susceptible to pertussis, Contractor must provide documentation that the immunization process is in progress or completed, or a copy of the Practitioner’s signed declination; (Titled: T-Dap-Tetanus/Dipth/Pertussis Immunization)
- Immunity to hepatitis B. If found susceptible to hepatitis, Contractor must provide documentation that the immunization process is in progress or completed, or a copy of the Practitioner’s signed declination (Titled: Hep B Vaccine Policy 10.8.18)
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
