Parttime:

Salary: Hourly pay rate will vary from $28 to $32 an hour based on experience, education, and specific certifications. 

Maxim Healthcare Services (Fresno) is hiring for a Midlevel Supervisor to provide ABA Support in the home setting. 

NOTE:This is a Hybrid Role. You will spend most of your time in the field-open to commuting, but will require some time in office, and minimal work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
  • Document child progress and milestones
  • Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (will assist on assessments from time to time)
  • Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and implement data related coaching/feedback 
  • Assist with creating materials and modifying client programs. 
  • Support in office need with Training new hires and conducting interviews. 

Qualifications:

**Active BCaBA certificate to be eligible

  • Passion for working with children with special needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Completion of 14+ units of collegecoursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required.
  • Experience with assessments preferred such as ABBLS, VB-MAPPS Etc 
  • Strong demand for Spanish Speaking Skills 
  • Preferred experience with mobile data platforms.
