Hourly Pay: $29 - $35 per hour

Adult - G/T/V - Mount Juliet - Sunday-Saturday days 8a-5p. $35hr

Adult: G-tube - Lebanon - Saturday and Sunday 8a-4p. $31hr

PEDS: G/T/V  - Lebanon - Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday nights 8:30p-6a. $35hr

Adult: bowl regimen - Mount Juliet - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8a-12p. $30hr

PEDS: med management - Old Hickory - Saturday and Sunday 8a-1p. $30hr

PEDS: G-tube - Lebanon Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8a-5p. $33hr

Maxim Healthcare in Wilson County is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
