Pay: $100 per transport (up to $200 a day!)
Schedule:
Start: 7:30 a.m. (arrive by 7:15 a.m.) – wrap by 9:00 a.m.
PM shift: ~1:25 p.m. – ~4:00 p.m.
Route structure:
AM: One trip with two students, then a longer AM route with a single student.
PM: One long route with two stops (two students on the first leg), then return to the school for a second leg with one student.
Student needs (overview; all care plans provided in training):
Student A: Non-verbal; VNS seizures; trouble handling secretions.
Student B: Continuous feeds via GJ tube (AM & PM); seizure history with emergency meds (low likelihood of use); PM transport includes trach; no ventilator; breathing around the tube at risk if dislodged.
Safety and care requirements: Experience with medical supports in a transport setting preferred; ability to follow detailed care plans; strong communication with school staff and guardians.
Location: Woodstock elementary/middle school campus; primary pick-up/drop-off at the Harvard site (Harvard does not have a SPED program).

- Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube Feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, Diabetic care, etc.),
- May ride the bus to and from school with patient
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
