Full time and part time schedules available in and near the city of San Bernardino.

Thursday-Friday 7am-5pm | every other weekend 7am-5pm *Highland CA 92346*

Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm *Highland CA 92346*

Weekends 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm *Yucaipa CA 92373*

 Tuesdays and every other weekend 10am-6pm and/or Wednesday-Saturday 10pm-8am

Tuesday-Friday 3:30p-11:30pm and Saturdays 2p-10p (no cats, has dogs in the home)

Monday-Friday 7pm-7am / Weekends 7pm-7am.*Colton 92316*

Maxim Healthcare in San Bernardino is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
