Novice nurse program
Your nursing career starts here! Our Novice Nurse Program is designed to provide a year of hands-on learning and/or support to RNs, LPNs and LVNs with less than one year of experience in the patient care environment.
Recruiter training program
The Recruiter Training Program is a comprehensive and tiered program designed to develop four fundamental recruiting skills: sourcing, screening, selecting, and placing. The program provides a clear pathway for growth and professional development for new recruiters with the ability to progress quickly from Recruiter I-III status.

Internship program

Maxim offers internship programs for students in a variety of clinical and nonclinical roles providing comprehensive onsite experience and training to kick-start your career, acquire pivitol skillsets, and prepare you for career advancement.

Recruiter lead program

Our Recruiter Lead program is a structured training and development program that pairs new recruiters with a tenured recruiter to mentor, guide, and coach them through their first 90 days on the job. As a Recruiter Lead, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills with access to the knowledge, tools, and resources for success.
