Novice Nurse Program

For RNs, LPNs and LVNs with less than one year of patient care experience, we offer the Novice Nurse Program. This program provides a year of hands-on learning, support and mentorship designed to help new nurses build confidence as they transition from school into professional practice.

Participants receive guidance from experienced clinical professionals while developing practical skills in real-world healthcare environments. This program is a valuable source of support, training and confidence-building early in a nursing career.
