Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Initiate and update plans of care in collaboration with providers
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient responses; report changes promptly
Coordinate care and provide patient/family education
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
Current BLS certification
One year of professional nursing experience preferred
