Your Role
Deliver skilled pediatric nursing care in a home setting
Carry out personalized care plans with attention and empathy
Monitor and document patient health and progress
Support families with education, reassurance, and advocacy
Provide specialized care (trach, vent, G-tube) with training available
Who You Are
A licensed RN or LPN in Massachusetts
Driven by compassion and a desire to serve others
Committed to patient-centered, relationship-based care
Reliable, attentive, and emotionally intelligent
Experience in pediatrics or homecare is a plus—but heart matters most
