Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional one-on-one nursing care for patients in home and/or school settings throughout Brodheadsville, PA and surrounding communities.
This position offers rewarding day shift hours, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while helping patients remain safe, healthy, and successful in their daily environments. Whether supporting a patient at home or accompanying them during the school day, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care and improving quality of life.

Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's orders and individualized care plan
Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and progress
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
Assist patients with daily health and wellness needs
Observe and report changes in patient status to the supervising Registered Nurse (RN)
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, school personnel, physicians, and healthcare team members
Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for the patient
Follow all state, federal, HIPAA, and Maxim Healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Current CPR certification
Previous pediatric, home care, school nursing, or private duty nursing experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background screenings and all required clearances
