What You'll Do
As a School LPN, you will:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Monitor and assess changes in students' physical and psychosocial conditions
Collect, analyze, and document health information and nursing observations
Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student health needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
? Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of practice ? Current BLS/CPR Certification ? Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray ? Strong communication and clinical assessment skills ? Passion for providing high-quality care in an educational setting
