Maxim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient in Crystal Lake, Illinois.

Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Initiate and follow the established plan of care, requesting revisions as patient needs change
Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions
Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the physician or clinical supervisor
Administer prescribed medications and treatments and document patient responses
Support patient and family education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current Health Certificate (per state regulations or contract requirements)
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
Current BLS certification
One year of RN experience preferred
