What You'll Do
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Support patient mobility, positioning, and transfers
Monitor and document vital signs as directed
Assist with range-of-motion exercises and other supportive care activities
Provide compassionate, high-quality care that positively impacts the patient's daily life
Qualifications
Completion of a CNA, Home Health Aide, or equivalent competency training program as required by state and federal regulations
Current CPR certification and First Aid certification, if required by state regulations
Ability to follow written care plans and accurately document care provided
Successful completion of required screenings, training, and competency requirements
Commitment to delivering dependable, patient-focused care
