The patient requires care involving a G-tube, trach, and PRN ventilator support. A detailed plan of care is provided, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Monday-Friday Evenings
Preferred schedule: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Initiate and follow the established plan of care, requesting revisions as patient needs change
Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions
Monitor patient condition and report significant changes to the physician or supervisor
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document patient response
Support healthcare teaching, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning as appropriate
Qualifications
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current Health Certificate (per state regulations or contract requirements)
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
Current BLS certification
One year of RN experience preferred
