Maxim Healthcare in Falmouth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric and/or adult patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Initiate and manage plans of care, collaborating with physicians and care teams as patient needs evolve
Deliver therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions
Monitor patient condition and respond to changes appropriately, reporting updates to physicians or supervisors
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document patient response
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Identify opportunities for patient/family education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Current Health Certificate (per contract or state requirement)
Current PPD test or Chest X-ray
Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
1+ year of RN experience preferred
