Join Maxim Healthcare as a Behavior Technician/ Development Specialist and help children and adults with autism and related developmental differences build communication, social, and daily living skills.
You'll work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings while receiving support and guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one behavioral support
Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills
Support positive behavior development
Record session data and client progress
Create engaging and structured learning environments
Qualifications Required:
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Plus one of the following:
College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field
OR
At least one year of experience as a:
Behavior Technician
ABA Therapist
Behavioral Interventionist
Paraprofessional
Child Development Professional
Camp Counselor
Similar child-focused role
Additional Details
Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
Travel between client locations may be required
Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
