Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one care for pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their homes. We are especially interested in nurses with experience caring for patients with G-tubes, tracheostomies (Trach), and ventilators (Vent).

Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Weekday Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Flexible scheduling available based on case needs.

What You'll Do
Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in home settings.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Provide care for patients with complex medical needs, including G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to physicians, caregivers, and clinical supervisors.
Perform therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions.
Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, treatments, and home care needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Assist with care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning when appropriate.
Qualifications
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Current PPD, TB test, or chest X-ray as required.
Current health certificate if required by state regulations.
Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred.
Experience with G-tube, Trach, Ventilator, Pediatric, Homecare, Private Duty Nursing, or Critical Care patients strongly preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
