Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one homecare for a 17-year-old female patient in Hampshire, Illinois.
This patient requires skilled nursing care involving TPN administration and G/J-tube management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with adolescents and supporting a patient with behavioral and mental health challenges in a home setting. Clinical support and guidance are available to help ensure success in the role.

Monday - Friday
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Initiate and follow the established plan of care, requesting revisions as patient needs change
Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions
Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the physician or clinical supervisor
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including TPN management
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor the effectiveness of interventions
Support patient and family education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning as appropriate
Qualifications
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current Health Certificate (per state regulations or contract requirements)
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
Current BLS certification
One year of RN experience preferred
