Are you passionate about helping others live independently and achieve their goals? We are seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and throughout the community in the Hanover, PA area.
This rewarding role allows you to build meaningful relationships while making a positive impact on someone's daily life.
What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one support in the home and community
Assist with daily living activities and personal goals
Support participation in community outings and activities
Encourage independence and skill development
Assist with transportation to appointments, recreational activities, and community events
Promote a safe, positive, and supportive environment
Document services provided and communicate with the care team as needed

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass required background checks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is a plus, but not required
