Are you a compassionate LPN or RN looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference one-on-one with patients in their homes? We are seeking dedicated nurses to provide skilled homecare services to pediatric and adult patients throughout Hanover, PA and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
Follow physician orders and established care plans
Monitor patient conditions and document care provided
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Educate patients and family members on care needs
Communicate changes in patient status with the clinical team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Pediatric experience preferred for pediatric cases, but not required
