Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an adult patient in the home setting.

Clinical Support from an Experienced Healthcare Team
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to an adult patient in the home environment
Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Follow and update the patient care plan as needed
Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team
Deliver patient and family education
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Respond appropriately to changes in patient status
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current BLS/CPR Certification
One year of nursing experience preferred
Homecare, trach/vent, pediatric, or critical care experience is a plus
Excellent assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a homecare setting
