Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN Location: Honesdale, PA Schedule: Flexible Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care for pediatric and/or adult patients in home and school settings. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and according to the patient's individualized plan of care
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Monitor and document patient status, including changes in condition, behavior, or physical abilities
Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
Support patients in school settings by promoting safety, comfort, and participation in educational activities
Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the patient
Communicate effectively with family members, school personnel, and healthcare team members
Follow all infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies and procedures
Qualifications
Current CNA certification in the state of practice
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in home healthcare, pediatric care, long-term care, or school-based settings preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to pass background screening and any state-required clearances
