What You'll Do
Deliver skilled nursing care in a home setting
Provide compassionate, individualized patient care
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and care records
Support patients in achieving optimal health outcomes
Required
Active LPN/LVN license
1+ year of nursing experience
Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred
Experience with pediatric or adult homecare
Experience with trach, ventilator, and/or G-tube patients a plus
