Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care for patients in the Lansdowne, PA area. Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions
Implement and update individualized care plans
Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical care team
Provide education and support to patients and family members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Respond appropriately to patient needs and changes in health status
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
Current BLS/CPR Certification
Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred
Homecare, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, pediatric, critical care, or trach/vent experience is a plus
Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work independently in a home setting
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
