Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care for adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes throughout the Milwaukee area. What You'll Do
Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status
Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately
Develop and implement individualized care interventions
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
What You'll Need
Current and unrestricted LPN license in Wisconsin
Current BLS/CPR certification
Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
Previous nursing experience preferred (1 year or more)
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
