Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to provide 1:1 overnight care for an adult female patient in her home in Naperville, IL.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse who enjoys developing meaningful patient relationships while providing high-quality, individualized care.
Position Details
Patient: Female, 50 years old Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (choose your own schedule) Hours: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Overnight Shifts) Pay: $34–$47/hour, based on license and experience

Straight catheterization

Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Initiate and follow individualized plans of care
Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions
Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to physicians and supervisors
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Document care provided and patient response to interventions
Support healthcare education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning as needed
Qualifications
Current Illinois RN or LPN license
Current BLS certification
Current Health Certificate (per state or facility requirements)
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
5+ years of nursing experience preferred, but not required
