Are you an experienced LPN or RN with tracheostomy and ventilator care experience looking for a rewarding one-on-one nursing opportunity? We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to provide care for a patient in New Freedom, PA in the comfort of their home.
Position Highlights
Competitive Pay: $35–$41 per hour
One-on-one patient care

Available Shifts
Monday & Tuesday Day Shift
Evening Shifts Available Daily
2–3 Overnight Shifts Available Each Week
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care for a patient with a tracheostomy and ventilator
Perform respiratory assessments and monitor patient status
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Manage trach and ventilator equipment
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team
Educate family members and caregivers as appropriate
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
Experience with trach and ventilator care preferred
Current CPR certification
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Reliable transportation
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
