Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - 1:1 Home and School-Based Care

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 behavioral support for clients in home and/or school settings. This rewarding role allows you to make a direct difference in the lives of children and adolescents by helping them develop communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skills that promote independence and success.
Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in achieving meaningful goals in their daily environments.
Responsibilities
Provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services in home and/or school settings.
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies designed by a BCBA.
Assist clients in developing communication, social, academic, self-help, and daily living skills.
Collect and record accurate data regarding client progress and behavioral outcomes.
Reinforce positive behaviors using evidence-based ABA techniques.
Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain professional and therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
Report significant changes, concerns, or incidents to supervising clinicians.
Comply with all company policies, HIPAA regulations, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field preferred.
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Ability to pass background screening and state-required clearances.
