What You'll Do
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the home setting
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure patient safety and follow infection-control and universal precaution standards
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR certification
PPD or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
