Maxim Healthcare in Rockford is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one care for our patientsin the comfort of their home in the Greater Rockford area. This is a rewarding opportunity to develop and strengthen your nursing experience while making a direct difference in a patient's life every shift.
Patient Care Needs may include:
Tracheostomy (Trach) Care
Ventilator Management
G-Tube Care
Skilled Nursing Assessments & Interventions
Available Shifts

Qualifications
Current Illinois RN or LPN License
Current BLS Certification
Current Health Certificate (if required)
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
Nursing experience preferred, but training is available for qualified candidates
