Overview
As a ABA Supervisor (BCBA/LaBa), you will guide patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring smooth coordination at every step. You’ll direct care management across the team and support staff development through ongoing training aligned with best practices. You’ll also oversee onboarding and performance evaluations for nurses, aides, therapists, and behavioral technicians. Your strong clinical expertise and confident leadership will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques
Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base
Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress
Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff
Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians
Qualifications:
Passion for working with children with special needs, and commitment to excellence in applied behavioral analysis
MUST have current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certificate OR Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license (or ability to apply) OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
