Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a patient in the Thornhurst, PA area. This position offers the opportunity to deliver personalized, high-quality care in a home setting while building a meaningful relationship with your patient and their family.

Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the patient's plan of care
Conduct ongoing patient assessments and monitor health status
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform skilled nursing procedures as needed
Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses to treatment
Educate patients and family members on health management and care plans
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure patient safety and infection control standards are followed
Identify and report changes in patient condition promptly
Qualifications
Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently in a home care environment
Previous home healthcare or private duty nursing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to meet all Maxim Healthcare onboarding requirements
