Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a baby boy in a home setting in Mount Pocono, PA. This position allows you to build meaningful relationships with your patient and family while delivering personalized, high-quality care in a comfortable home environment.
Position Highlights
1:1 pediatric homecare setting
Work directly with a baby boy in the home
Flexible scheduling options available
Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
Weekly pay
Ongoing clinical support and training
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care according to the physician's plan of care
Monitor and assess patient condition and report changes as needed
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures
Educate and support family members regarding patient care
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong communication and assessment skills
Dependable and compassionate caregiver
Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently in a home setting
