What You'll Do
As a Homecare Registered Nurse, you will:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Monitor and assess changes in patients' physical and psychosocial conditions
Collect, analyze, and document patient health information and nursing assessments
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
? Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice ? Current BLS/CPR Certification ? Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray ? Strong clinical assessment and communication skills ? Passion for delivering quality patient-centered care
