Join Our Team as a Compassionate Private Duty Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient who is visually impaired and requires G-tube support during transportation and school hours.

Schedule
School-day hours
Transportation assistance between Fairfield, PA and Chambersburg, PA
Consistent weekly schedule aligned with the school calendar
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient.
Monitor and manage G-tube feedings and care.
Accompany and support the patient during transportation to and from school.
Monitor the patient's overall health and well-being throughout the school day.
Document care provided and communicate any changes in condition.
Collaborate with family members, school personnel, and clinical supervisors as needed.
Ensure a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for the patient.
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN license in good standing.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Experience with G-tube care preferred (training may be available for the right candidate).
Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
