Join Maxim Healthcare as a Registered Behavior Technician!
Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized, one-on-one behavioral support services to clients in their homes and throughout the community. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.

Responsibilities
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Provide direct behavioral intervention services in home and community environments
Collect and accurately document client data and progress
Assist clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
Maintain professional communication with families and clinical team members
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area
Ability to pass all required background screenings
