Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor Online Presence: Actively track brand mentions across social media, review sites, forums, and news articles to assess public perception and identify trends.
Analyze Sentiment: Conduct sentiment analysis to measure the effectiveness of strategies and uncover areas for improvement.
Respond to Feedback: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews promptly and professionally, fostering trust and satisfaction.
Manage Crisis Communication: Assist in the development and implementation of crisis response strategies to mitigate risks and manage reputation threats effectively.
Create Positive Content: Generate and publish engaging content to promote a positive image, including social media posts, blogs, and review campaigns.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams such as Content, Brand, PR and Legal to ensure messaging consistency and coordinated efforts.
Leverage Insights: Use analytics tools to generate reports on reputation metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Enhance Online Visibility: Develop SEO and content marketing strategies to boost the organization’s digital footprint and engagement.
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, online reputation management, or copywriting
Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey empathy and professionalism.
Proficiency in social media listening tools and digital analytics platforms.
Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital trends.
Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and identify actionable trends.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and quick thinking.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) required
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in the English language required
