What You’ll Do
As part of our IT team, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless technology experiences. You’ll gain practical exposure to device management, troubleshooting, and IT operations while supporting a major deployment initiative.
In this role, you will:
Support the rollout of laptops, Chromebooks, and other user devices
Assist with imaging, setup, staging, and asset tagging
Perform quality checks to ensure devices are ready for end users
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues during deployments
Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation
Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure smooth execution of projects
Provide on-site or remote support to end users
Follow established processes, timelines, and security best practices

Compensation Information: $18 per hour
